Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have specific rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. This document explains each right and how to exercise it.
Who this applies to: all individuals whose personal data is processed by Smart City OÜ through the website cpa.leadgid.com, including registered affiliates (publishers), advertisers, and website visitors.
1. Right of Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
You have the right to request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and, if so, to obtain a copy of that data. You may also request information about:
- the purposes of processing;
- the categories of data concerned;
- the recipients or categories of recipients;
- the retention period;
- the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

2. Right to Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data that we hold about you.
How to exercise: send a request to info@leadgid.com with the subject line "Rectification Request", specifying the data that needs to be corrected and providing the accurate information.
3. Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten") (Art. 17 GDPR)
You may request deletion of your personal data where:
- the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected;
- you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal basis for processing;
- you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds;
- the data has been unlawfully processed;
- deletion is required by law.
Please note: this right does not apply where processing is required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.

4. Right to Restriction of Processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
You may ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following cases:
- you contest the accuracy of the data — restriction applies while we verify accuracy;
- processing is unlawful but you prefer restriction to erasure;
- we no longer need the data but you require it for legal claims;
- you have objected to processing and we are assessing whether legitimate grounds override your objection.

5. Right to Data Portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
Where processing is based on your consent or on a contract, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (e.g. CSV or JSON), and to transmit that data to another controller.

6. Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where it is based on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We will stop processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing is necessary for legal claims.
Direct marketing: you have an absolute right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes. We will cease such processing immediately upon receiving your objection.

7. Right to Withdraw Consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.

8. Response Times and Verification
We will respond to all valid requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further two months, in which case we will notify you of the extension and the reasons for it.
Exercising these rights is free of charge. If requests are clearly unfounded or excessive, we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act.
Identity verification: we may ask you to provide reasonable proof of your identity before processing your request, in order to protect your data from unauthorised access.
9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
If you believe we have not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
